Frequently Asked Questions

• WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM? Escape rooms are a type of live adventure game in which people are locked in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit.

• HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN A ROOM?  

2-10 people per room. Have a larger group? We can make some adjustments for you if you give us a call ahead of time!

• ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY? We do have wheelchair friendly rooms!

• WILL WE HAVE THE ROOM TO OURSELVES? Yes! Once the first booking is made, our system will close off all other reservations. If you'd like to add more people to your room, give us a call and we'll open the booking up for them.

• HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS? Tickets are $30 per player.

• WE WOULD LIKE TO BOOK A ROOM DURING A DAY OR TIME NOT LISTED, CAN THIS BE DONE? Absolutely! Give us a call to setup a custom day or time.

• ONCE I'M LOCKED IN, CAN I LEAVE? We ask that once the game begins, you remain in the room. If you have an emergency or need to use the restroom, just let us know and a Gamemaster will be glad to let you out.

• WHAT IF I'M CLAUSTROPHOBIC? Personal experiences can vary. Our rooms are large enough to give everyone some space.  If you think it may be an issue, give us a call and stop by to check out the rooms prior to booking.

• DOES EVERYONE ESCAPE? No, generally about 20-30% of people make it out. Teamwork and communication are a must!

• ARE YOUR ROOMS SCARY?  No

• CAN I BRING MY CELLPHONE/ELECTRONICS? Cellphones must be powered off or silenced during the game. It's only an hour, you can do it!

• WHAT ARE THE AGE REQUIREMENTS? We recommend that participants be at least 6 when accompanied by an adult. Please feel free to contact us if you have younger children who want to join the fun! • HOW LONG SHOULD WE PLAN ON BEING THERE? Around 90 minutes. You'll have 60 minutes to attempt to escape. This will leave time for an introduction as well as a debriefing.

• CAN WE BRING IN FOOD/DRINK? Cake or cupcakes for a Birthday party are allowed. No other carry-ins. We sell soda, water.

• CAN WE RENT THE PARTY ROOM FOR AN EVENT OTHER THAN THE ESCAPE ROOM? Absolutely! Having a meeting, bachelorette party, home based business event? Give us a call and we can help you out!
